This is an exceptional, full-time opportunity for an experienced paralegal who thrives on working in a fast-paced business environment and assisting with a broad range of legal issues. You will be part of a highly accomplished, diverse and experienced legal team of in-house counsel and support staff.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and edit legal document; craft language
• Conduct research on specific legal topics and department projects.
• Track specific action items assigned to others to ensure completion
• Update and run reports from legal database.
• Other related duties as needed.

What we need:

• The ideal candidate will be an energetic, analytical, self-starter with superior attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with limited supervision. Must be extremely organized, reliable, and have excellent problem solving, interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience at a law firm and/or in-house legal position 
• Advanced proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• The ability to build relationships and interact with stakeholders across the company 
• Unquestionable integrity, ethics, and professionalism
• Highly responsive and service-oriented.
• Flexible and able to respond quickly to shifting demands.
• Able to learn new technology quickly.
• Able to work overtime as needed.
• BA/BS degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited paralegal program.
