Performance Expectations
- Responsible for booking all meeting and group rooms and ensuring that communication between the client and hotel staff is maintained
- Assisting General Manager, Director of Sales and individual Account Executives with all sales related activities
- Assist with event planning, set-up, service and take-down
- Follow up on sales leads
- Provide an impressive service experience for all clients and guests during every encounter
- Establish a stellar and loyal working relationship with top and target accounts
- Will be trained on Front Desk and act as backup Guest Services Agent as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous hospitality or events experience.
- Outgoing personality a must.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Well organized and extremely detailed oriented.
