Expectations:

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in all situations dealing with fellow employees, guests and clients
Be punctual for all shifts and meetings
Provide great customer service to all guests in a courteous and professional manner
Manage time effectively to accomplish all desired tasks, duties, and action plans
Ensure front desk staff is trained in all front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, telephone procedures, hotel amenities and computer systems
Act as a manger on duty for hotel and manage front desk operations
Ensure front desk supplies are fully stocked
Ensure all front desk shifts and night audit shifts are filled

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2+ years hotel front desk experience, FOSSE preferred
Basic computer skills
Availability to work a variable work schedule
Must present self in a professional manner regarding personal dress and grooming

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
